本文对国产ZXG1系列手弧焊机浪涌装置存在的问题作了分析,针对ZXG1—250焊机的浪涌装置作了试验研究和改进,浪涌效率比原设计有明显提高,焊接飞溅率降低50％左右。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of the domestic ZXG1 series hand arc welding machine surge arrester. The surge arresters of the ZXG1-250 welder are studied and improved. The surging efficiency is obviously improved compared with the original design, and the welding spatter rate is reduced About 50%.
