本刊高级顾问袁方教授于今年6月14日在京溘然长逝。事隔三月,当我们已慢慢接受了先生已经离去,音容笑貌不再这个事实的时候,却越发深切地感受到,哀思如潮般袭来,涨落全然不随心境。先生生前对我们的刊物由创办到发展的点滴关怀,犹历历在目;先生为人的无私亲和之力,犹身同体受。敬仰先生为人者,上有国家领导,下有草芥平民,然先生宠辱不惊,一以待之,以毕生之心血实践着自己的为人与治学之本——
Our senior consultant Professor Yuan Fang died in Beijing on June 14 this year.
