对20CrMnTi在(650~850)℃温度范围内进行的变形性能实验研究,给出了该材料温变形时的真实应力-应变曲线和低温形变热处理后工件力学性能与变形参数间的关系曲线;建立了该合金温变形时流变应力“峰值”与变形温度间的函数关系及低温形变热处理(淬火)后工件力学性能与变形参数间的关系式.结果表明,该材料具有良好的温成形性能;低温形变热处理可得到良好的力学性能.
The experimental study on the deformation behavior of 20CrMnTi in the temperature range of (650 ~ 850) ℃ shows the real stress-strain curve and the relationship between the mechanical properties and deformation parameters of the workpiece after the low-temperature deformation heat treatment. The relationship between the “peak value” of the flow stress and the deformation temperature during the temperature deformation of the alloy and the relationship between the mechanical properties and the deformation parameters of the workpiece after the low temperature deformation heat treatment (quenching) were studied. The results show that the material has good warm forming properties; low temperature deformation heat treatment can get good mechanical properties.
