以氧化镁和氧化锶为原料,铝粉为还原剂,氟化钙催化剂,在混料瓶中混合均匀后,在台式粉末压片机上压片,然后在真空管式炉内还原,制备得到镁锶合金。对得到镁锶合金进行XED射线衍射分析和扫描电镜能谱分析,产物中含有α-Mg,Mg17Sr2和Mg2Sr相,镁锶合金中镁含量为97.7%,锶含量为2.3%。对渣相进行XED射线衍射分析,渣相中主要物质为Sr O·Al2O3和Sr O·2Al2O3。还原温度为1250℃,还原时间4h,真空度为0.08k Pa,自然冷却结晶。
