现代图书馆正向知识管理与知识服务的功能转变,但是不论从理论上还是从具体实施上图书馆的这种管理与服务还有待于进一步研究和讨论。本文从图书馆的这种管理与服务的必要性、迫切性、基本原则等方面作了较为详细的论述。
Modern libraries are changing the functions of knowledge management and knowledge services. However, this kind of management and service needs to be further studied and discussed both theoretically and practically. This article makes a more detailed discussion on the necessity, urgency and basic principles of such management and service of the library.
