目的探讨分析如何建立最佳血液库存,从而更好的降低血液过期报废率。方法选择锡盟血站2008～2010年每月悬浮红细胞供应量作为研究对象,通过统计学方法,制定出适合自身的最佳血液库存。结果各民族献血人数比较χ2=70.35,P<0.05;性别、年龄、文化程度比较分别为χ2=11.31χ,2=56.53,χ2=12.56均为P<0.05,血液过期报废率逐年下降。结论采用行之有效的方法,制定出适合自己的、科学的血液库存,同时也能有效的降低过期血液报废率。
Objective To explore and analyze how to establish the best blood bank, so as to better reduce the rate of blood overdue. Methods The monthly supply of suspended erythrocytes in Ximeng Blood Station from 2008 to 2010 was selected as the research object, and the best blood bank suitable for itself was established through statistical methods. Results The number of blood donors in different ethnic groups was χ2 = 70.35, P <0.05. The sex, age and educational level were χ2 = 11.31χ, 2 = 56.53, χ2 = 12.56, respectively. Conclusion Using an effective method to develop a suitable for their own, scientific blood banks, but also can effectively reduce the outdated blood scrap rate.
