销售周期短、生产周期长的自身特点决定了时尚产品需求预测的重要作用,同样是其自身特点又造成了其需求预测的异常困难。本文并没有讨论具体的预测方法,而是探讨了企业在改进需求预测管理已经应用各种预测方法时,所要遵循的一般原则。
Its short sales cycle and long production cycle determine the important role of demand forecast for fashion products. It also poses unusual difficulties in forecasting its demand. This article does not discuss specific forecasting methods, but discusses the general principles to be followed when companies apply various forecasting methods to improve demand forecasting management.
