目的:进一步研究土庄绣线菊Spiraea pubescens Turcz.乙醇提取物石油醚和三氯甲烷分离部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、十八烷基键合硅胶柱色谱和制备液相色谱等手段进行化学成分分离,运用理化性质和波谱数据(MS,1HNMR,13C-NMR和HMBC等)鉴定化合物结构。结果:从土庄绣线菊乙醇提取物石油醚和三氯甲烷分离部位分离得到9个五环三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为熊果酸(1),熊果醛(2),乌苏酸(3),日尔曼醇(4),α-香树脂醇(5),高根二醇(6),白桦脂酸(7),齐墩果酸(8)和桦木酮酸(9)。结论:化合物2~6和8~9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1和7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To further study the chemical constituents of spiraea pubescens Turcz Turcz. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, octadecyl-bonded silica gel column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data (MS, 1HNMR, 13C-NMR and HMBC). Results: Nine pentacyclic triterpenoids were isolated from petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of Spiraea polyclinia, and identified as ursolic acid (1), arbutin (2) and ursolic acid 3), Germanthanol (4), α-amyrin (5), erythrodiol (6), betulinic acid (7), oleanolic acid (8) and betulinic acid (9). Conclusion: Compounds 2 ~ 6 and 8 ~ 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
