近年来全社会对绩效评价越来越重视,财政部也在2011年4月正式出台了《财政支出绩效评价管理暂行办法》,但由于我国开展财政性资金绩效评价的时间不长,经验不足,这项工作在实际开展中尚存在一些问题和局限,财政性资金的使用效益和效率还有待进一步提高。文章主要对事业单位财政性项目绩效评价的现状及改进措施进行讨论。

The Ministry of Finance formally promulgated the “Provisional Measures on the Performance Evaluation and Management of Fiscal Expenditure” in April 2011.
