国营企业实行公费医疗,这是党和国家对广大职工群众的关怀,充分体现了社会主义制度的优越性。可是,由于种种原因,医疗费超支的情况已经相当普遍而且严重,大有失控之势,成为企业管理中老大难问题之一。我们公司在这方面也不例外,并有逐年上升的趋势。今年初,为了贯彻中央关于全面整顿企业的指示精神,公司领导抓了改进公费医疗管理,采取切实措施,取得了明显的效果。上半年,在保证职工治病的前提下,第一次出现了医疗费结余319元的现象,比上年同期下降9.73％。
The implementation of state-owned enterprises in public medical care is the concern of the party and the state to the masses of workers and staff members and fully reflects the superiority of the socialist system. This has become one of the most troublesome problems in business management. Our company is no exception in this respect, and there is a trend of increasing year by year. Earlier this year, in order to carry out the directives of the central authorities on the overall rectification of enterprises, the leaders of the company have taken remarkable measures to improve public health care management and take effective measures. In the first half of the year, under the precondition of ensuring the treatment of staff and workers, the first time there was a balance of 319 yuan in medical bills, a decrease of 9.73% over the same period of last year.
