“专转本”是构建由专科到本科高等教育“立交桥”的重要环节,但目前的“专转本”工作存在诸多现实问题:考试科目的设置不适合高职生、自主招生选拔的规模小、唯分数论偏离了高职教育的本质且缺乏知识衔接性与连贯性。要切实做好“专转本”工作,须明确“专转本”的培养目标和定位、制定合理的“专转本”自主招生计划、完善“专转本”升学考试与录取方式并使“专转本”与“3+2”分段培养相兼容。
