桥头发电厂四期输煤系统建筑4 个圆筒仓(15m ×高24m ,存煤量4000t/个) 。1984 年投产以来,主要存在仓内部结篷煤、粘煤严重,筒仓运行达不到设计出力,影响到系统的储煤和配煤工作的正常化,对发电厂锅炉的经济运行造成了不良影响。筒仓粘、篷煤的主要原因是:落煤斗内壁面倾斜度不够;壁面结构及材料不佳;煤种水份含量大。对此,我厂经多方调研,选用新型材料高分子聚乙烯板材( 简称聚高板) ,对筒仓内部结构进行土建改造后加衬聚高板。改造后,筒仓运行达到设计出力,保证了圆筒仓的储煤及配煤工作的顺利实施。

After the transformation, the silo operation reached the design effort and ensured the smooth implementation of the coal storage and coal blending operations of the silo.
