如何让学生对理论性强的知识具有感性认识,使学生能真正理解这些知识进而将其转化为一种能力,这需要每一位教师从提高课堂实效入手,在课堂上营造一种既具有活力又彰显专业特色的学习氛围。这其中很重要也很必要的一点就是对案例的处理和运用技巧的问题。关于如何在《秘书基础》课堂中灵活运用案例进行有效教学,笔者有两点粗浅的认识和思考,即选择案例有一定的要求,运用案例也有讲究。案例的处理运用可以包含三种方法:巧设情景法、讲述故事法、模拟演绎法。若能使用方法恰当地运用案例,既可以激发学生学习的兴趣,活跃课堂,达到预期的教学效果,又可以让教师从机械操作的苦闷中脱离开来,逐渐享受教学的乐趣。
