Undoubtedly, China’s educational reform has made great achievements. However, they have to admit that the shadow of “exam-oriented education” that is unilaterally pursuing higher education rates has not been eliminated. While mathematics education has cultivated a small number of “mathematical geniuses,” it has also produced numerous “mathematical inferiors.” The practice of mathematics education calls for a new educational theory: it is necessary to inherit the strengths of traditional education and adapt to the future social development and the logarithm of people themselves.
