本文报告8例由于颈部推拿按摩治疗或头位自然转动引起椎-基底动脉系统的脑梗塞病人。发病时的病征为:枕部疼痛或剧痛,短暂视物模糊或完全失明,眩晕,恶心,呕吐,复视,语言不清,听力减退,肢体无力,步态蹒跚,颜面或偏身感觉障碍,上睑下垂,瞳孔不等,周围型面瘫,两眼凝视麻痹,眼球震颇,软腭麻痹,咽反射消失。多数病例(5/8)有步态不稳,共济失调,一侧或四肢肌张力增高,腱反射亢进。8例中6例存活,2例死亡。作者总结了迄今已报
This article reports eight cases of patients with cerebral infarction of the vertebrobasilar system caused by cervical massage massage or spontaneous rotation of the head.
