全顶芽组织块表面消毒容易,存活率高;潜伏芽组织块表面消毒困难,存活率低;1/4吸芽块存活率高,靠近生长点的副芽能够萌发,但消毒很困难。全顶芽继代培养,主芽不能发育,愈伤团块不能形成;1/2顶芽块继代培养,靠近顶芽的副芽可以缓慢萌发,同时产生少量愈伤团块;1/4顶芽块和1/8顶芽块继代培养时,靠近顶芽的副芽迅速萌发,芽的数量较多,同时产生大量的愈伤团块。愈伤团块可以分化成芽。

The high survival rate of the 1/4 bud bud can sprout on the buds near the growing point, but disinfection is difficult.
