全组46例,男32例,女14例,男女之比2.3:l。年龄8～67岁,平均31.5岁。左侧肾损伤23例,右19例,双侧4例。致伤原因:交通事故及(或)车祸伤33例,坠落伤7例,房屋倒塌伤2例,其他伤3例。直接暴力44例,间接暴力2例。临床表现:46例均有血尿。尿检红细胞++～++++,其中肉眼血尿31例,术中及术后导尿发现血尿10例。15例合伴休克,39例觉一侧腰肋部胀痛。有腹膜刺激征38例,28例为泛发性腹膜刺激征。移动
