微小RNA(micro RNA,mi RNA)在心血管系统的病理生理过程中有关键作用。
Micro RNA (miRNA) plays a key role in the pathophysiology of the cardiovascular system. Recently miRNAs have been found to be exceptionally stable in the blood circulation, suggesting possible miRNA as a novel biomarker. At present, the mechanism by which miRNA is released by cells is not fully understood. However, it has been found that circulatory exosomes, HDL and Ago2 complexes, can transport miRNAs to the recipient cells to regulate gene expression. This article summarizes the evidence that miRNAs remain stable in the blood circulation and that miRNAs communicate with each other in cells and evidence of circulating miRNA as a biomarker of atherosclerotic disease such as acute myocardial infarction and stable coronary artery disease. RNA as a Predictor of the Possibility of Acute Cardiovascular Events.
