学校工会是教职工自愿结合的群众组织,是党和政府联系群众的桥梁和纽带,是教职员工利益的代表者和维护者,是办好学校的重要依靠力量。强化工会的建设、维权、参与、监督等职能,在学校创造性地开展工作,协调维护教职员工的合法权益,增强教职工的主人翁意识,必能促进学校全面、协调、和谐、可持续发展。校园是传承文明、培养人才、创造知识、服务社会、传播先进文化的多功能组织。创建和谐校园,为人才的健康成长提供良好的环境,有着非常重要的现实意义。
The school union is a voluntary organization of staff and workers, a bridge and link between the party and the government in contacting the masses, the representative and maintainer of the interests of staff and workers, and an important strength to rely on to run schools. To strengthen the functions of trade union building, safeguarding rights, participating and supervising, and carrying out creative work in schools, coordinating and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff and enhancing the sense of ownership of faculty and staff will promote a comprehensive, coordinated, harmonious and sustainable development of the school. The campus is a multi-functional organization that inherits civilization, nurtures talents, creates knowledge, serves the society and disseminates advanced culture. To create a harmonious campus and provide a good environment for the healthy growth of talents has a very important practical significance.
