贫穷、落后,是中国的现状;自信、自强,是中华的希望。我国经济要起飞,要早日步入世界强国之林,就必须依赖于大大小小、成千上万的各类企业,仰仗着像古井酒厂这样数目众多的经济“细胞”;而要办好企业就需要铸塑企业之魂,更要造就一代像王效金这样的企业家,这是时代的呼唤!造就一代具有中国特色的企业家,仅靠“外因”是不够的,还有赖于这些众多经济“细胞”的“内因”,靠厂长(经理)去锤炼自己,敲打自己,不断提高自身素质。
