本组论文是国家社科基金项目《西部地区培育新的经济增长点与面向 2 1世纪产业升级问题研究》的阶段性成果 ,其主要观点是 :在西部大开发中 ,应按照点 (城市 )、线 (经济带 )、面 (大经济区 )等层次展开生产力布局 ;要从实际出发 ,把规律和实际、一般和特殊结合起来 ,选择主导产业 ;采取积极措施进行国有企业的技术创新 ,实现西部地区产业升级 ;加快西部地区交通运输业发展 ,把房地产业培育为西部地区新的经济增长点
This group of papers is the national social science fund project “to cultivate new economic growth point in the western region and the 21st century industrial upgrading research” stage results, the main point is: in the western development, should be based on point (city) (Economic zone), and surface (large economic zone).
