作者对1组应用游离皮瓣重建硬腭的病例进行回顾性分析,对手术效果及皮瓣选择进行讨论。 患者和方法 30例硬腭缺损患者分为3类:前颌弓缺损、半腭缺损、全腭或次全腭缺损,分别应用不同游离皮瓣修复,其中,腓骨瓣9例,肩肿骨瓣3例,桡骨瓣6例,腹直肌皮瓣11例,背阔肌皮瓣1例。所有患者手术均获得成功。手术并发症有:2名患者因静脉回流
The authors retrospectively analyzed a group of patients with reconstruction of hard palate with free flaps and discussed the effect of the surgery and flap selection. Patients and Methods Thirty patients with hard palate defects were divided into three groups: the arch of mandibular defect, the defect of the half-palate, the defect of the whole palate or the sub-palatal palate, and repaired with different free flaps respectively.
