通过试验探讨了细菌氧化硫化矿物的机理,研究了用细菌氧化预处理难浸含硫金精矿的条件、方法以及金的浸出率、矿浆浓度、磨矿细度、反应时间等因素及其相互关系。检验了该氧化处理工艺的合理性。通过细菌预氧化、金的浸出率从534%提高到92%以上。
The mechanism of bacterial oxidative sulfide minerals was discussed through experiments, and the conditions and methods of pretreatment of refractory sulfur-bearing gold concentrate by bacterial oxidation and the factors such as gold leaching rate, pulp concentration, grinding fineness, reaction time and other factors relationship. The rationality of the oxidation process was tested. By bacterial pre-oxidation, the leaching rate of gold increased from 53.4% to over 92%.
