生产中经常遇到一些辊筒零件,其毛坯大多是铸件。辊筒外圆有较高的加工要求,两端有止口,加工后一般都要进行静平衡,因此对加工后的零件要求壁厚均匀,并限制一定的静不平衡量。怎样装夹才能减小加工后的不平衡最呢?我们设计了专用夹具,并推导一套计算方法,较好地解决了这个问题。图1为加工示意图。使用经过平衡的专用夹具,并用紧定螺钉在内孔定位,找正夹紧,粗车外圆和端面。然后连夹具一起卸下车床测定,经过换算求得应调偏心量,利用夹具上的紧定螺钉将工件外圆调成偏
Often encountered in the production of some roller parts, the rough are mostly castings. Cylindrical roller has higher processing requirements, there are ends at both ends, after processing are generally static balance, so the processing of parts require uniform wall thickness and limit the amount of static unbalance. How to reduce the post-processing imbalance at the most? We designed a special fixture, and derive a set of calculation methods, a better solution to this problem.
