在苇帘遮阴的塑料棚内,人工喷水保湿条件下,用葡萄绿枝的不同部位(或状态)、不同粗度比较其生根速度和生根率。结果表明,枝条的基部比枝条中上部生根快,生根率高,踵枝扦插的生根效果更为明显。插条粗度对生根的影响不甚明显,但生长后期随枝条粗度增加而生根量有下降的趋势。水平和下垂的新梢作扦插材料因不易保水而影响生根,徒长新梢生根慢而少。
In reed curtain shaded plastic shed, artificial sprinkler moisturizing conditions, the different parts of the grape green branches (or state), the different thickness of the rooting rate and rooting rate. The results showed that the root of shoots was faster than the upper part of shoots, the rooting rate was high, and the rooting effect of heel shoots was more obvious. The effect of cutting thickness on rooting was not obvious, but the rooting rate decreased with the increase of branch thickness in late growth period. Horizontal and drooping new shoots for cutting material is not easy to water and affect rooting, leggy new shoots slow and less.
