在全国提倡实行电子化档案的同时我们也要做好保护纸质档案的工作。电子化档案在虽然在先进程度上超过纸质档案,但确保纸质档案的完整性不仅有利于今后工作的顺利开展,更能够为各个企业和事业单位留下珍贵材料,这是电子档案无法完全替代的。由此可见纸质档案管理者的责任重大。因此,在进行纸质档案记录后将档案完善地保存起来,对我国稳定发展有着重要作用。
