我厂在用的圆筒型加热炉其辐射炉管与炉顶间是用异型耐火砖作密封材料。这种密封,开工两三年后异型砖就大部分碎裂掉落,而且因受热变形,已难以再用异型砖修复,只好在损坏处充填陶粒(石至)石混凝土。这种修复,常因炉管震动及闪爆等原因而发生陶粒(石至)石混凝土脱落现象,从而造成泄漏,威胁着长周期安全运行。为此,我们设计了如图1所示的预制陶纤毡密封件,并按图2的结构进行安装,取得了一定的效果。
