目的观察环磷酸腺苷对增强小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将160只雌性昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,分别是环磷酸腺苷低剂量组(0.42 mg/kg)、中剂量组(1.28 mg/kg)、高剂量组(3.84 mg/kg)和对照组,每日1次,连续给药30 d。分别观察环磷酸腺苷对刀豆素A(ConA)诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖功能、绵羊红细胞诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)、血清溶血素、抗体生成细胞、NK细胞活力的影响。结果小鼠碳廓清试验显示,中、高剂量组的吞噬指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);小鼠半数溶血值(HC_(50))影响试验显示,中、高剂量组的HC_(50)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验显示,高剂量组吸光度值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);其他各项试验未见免疫抑制现象。结论补充环磷酸腺苷有助于增强小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effect of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (ATP) on immune function in mice. Methods 160 female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: low dose of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (0.42 mg / kg), middle dose (1.28 mg / kg) and high dose (3.84 mg / kg) And control group, once daily for 30 days. The effects of cyclic adenosine monophosphate on the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes induced by ConA in mice, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by sheep erythrocytes, serum hemolysin, antibody-producing cells and NK cell viability influences. Results The carbon clearance test showed that the phagocytic index of medium and high dose groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The effect of half hemolytic value (HC_ (50)) in mice showed that the HC_ ( 50) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The spleen lymphocyte transformation test in mice showed that the absorbance values of the high dose group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). No immunosuppression was observed in other experiments. Conclusion Supplementation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate can enhance the immune function of mice.
