大肠癌占全世界癌症发病的第三位,目前全球大肠癌发病率仍以2的速度递增。我国大肠癌发病率有加快趋势,大肠癌的年发病率在2~8/10万,为第四至六位的常见恶性肿瘤。随着生物技术的发展,基因疗法治疗大肠癌成为一个潜在的新型治疗方式。针对肿瘤发生的遗传学背景,将外源性目的基因引入肿瘤细胞或其他体细胞内以纠正过度活化或补偿缺陷的基因,执行或介导对肿瘤的杀伤和抑制作用,或保护正常细胞免受化学治疗与放射治疗的严重伤害,从而达到治疗肿瘤的目的,即为肿瘤的基因治疗。
Colorectal cancer accounts for the third leading cause of cancer in the world. At present, the incidence of global colorectal cancer is still increasing at a rate of 2%. The incidence of colorectal cancer in China has accelerated the trend of the annual incidence of colorectal cancer in 2 to 8/10 million, for the fourth to six common malignant tumors. With the development of biotechnology, gene therapy for the treatment of colorectal cancer has become a potential new treatment. In view of the genetic background of tumorigenesis, introduction of exogenous gene of interest into tumor cells or other somatic cells to correct over-activation or compensation of defective genes, to perform or mediate the killing and inhibition of tumors, or to protect normal cells from Chemotherapy and radiation treatment of serious injury, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment of cancer, that is, gene therapy for cancer.
