目的研究在甲亢状态下,二种不同直径的微种植体支抗即刻负载的稳定性。方法健康Vistar雌性大鼠30只,分成三组,甲亢1、2组和对照组,每组10只。甲亢二组用优甲乐灌胃建立甲亢大鼠模型。对照组给予等量蒸馏水灌胃。28d后,在甲亢1、2组大鼠左侧胫骨分别植入1.6mm、1.2mm直径的微种植体2枚并加力100g,于加力后第十六、十七、二十六、二十七天进行标记,加力后30d处死动物。通过X线片测量种植体骨内移动间距;荧光显微镜、光镜下观察含种植钉超硬组织切片并计算骨矿化沉积率、骨结合率。结果甲亢二组大鼠微种植体无松动。1.6mm微种植体支抗位移小于1.2mm;1.6mm种植体骨结合率高于1.2mm。结论直径1.6mm微种植体的骨结合率高于直径1.2mm,其稳定性能大,更适应于临床。
Objective To study the stability of instantaneous loading of two types of micro-implant anchors under hyperthyroidism. Methods Thirty healthy female Vistar rats were divided into three groups: hyperthyroid group 1 and 2 and control group, with 10 in each group. Hyperthyroidism two groups with Euthyrox gavage to establish hyperthyroid rat model. The control group given the same amount of distilled water gavage. After 28 days, 2 rats with 1.6mm diameter and 1.2mm diameter micro implants were implanted into the left tibia of hyperthyroid rats and rats of group 1 and 2 respectively, Seventeen days for marking, 30d after the animals were sacrificed. X-ray films were used to measure the movement distance of the implant. The fluorescence microscopy was used to observe the ultra-hard tissue sections of the implanted nail and calculate the rate of bone mineralization and the rate of bone union. Results There was no loosening of micro-implants in hyperthyroidism rats. 1.6mm micro implant implant displacement less than 1.2mm; 1.6mm implant bone union rate higher than 1.2mm. Conclusion The osseointegration rate of 1.6 mm diameter micro-implants is higher than that of 1.2 mm in diameter, and its stability is high and more suitable for clinical application.
