地中海贫血国内不少省均有疒例报导,但原籍贵州且实验室资料较完整的疒例,文献报导颇少,我院自1969年内迂遵义以来,陆续发现地中海贫血十余例,但疒人均系由外省迂来贵州居住者,最近见到一例系祖籍贵州人,我们对患者的父母及姐姐均作了血红旦白分析,证实患者及其姐为纯合子型β地中海贫血A_2型,其父母均为杂合子型A_2地中海贫血,说明本疒不仅我国沿海地区存在,贵州山区亦早有此疒,仅由于以往检
