时间过得真快,到今年的4月11日,沈建图同志逝世已经整整的六年了。六年前,他作为新华社记者和一批新闻工作者一起,到雅加达去万隆会议采访。飞机由香港起飞,途中因为美、蒋特务潜藏在飞机上的定时炸弹爆炸,飞机失事,机中的新闻工作者全部牺牲了。时间的流逝,不能磨灭我对建图的追念。每逢我想起他对党的事业无限的忠心和他那踏踏实实的工作作风的时候,就好像他仍然和我们生活、战斗在一起一样。 1945年我调到新华总社工作,第一天吃饭的时候就见到了他。那时的“饭厅”是在我们办公的一排窑洞前面的空地上。他穿着一套草黄色的旧军装,腰杆挺得直直的,端着一大瓦缽黄澄澄的小米饭,一边吃一边说笑着,黝黑的脸孔,在阳光下闪闪发亮,精神饱满,朝气蓬勃。
