Ⅱ号喷油泵调速器作用点转速的调整与试验,是Ⅱ号泵调试中的关键项目。按洛阳拖拉机厂和其它厂喷油泵产品说明书规定的有关工艺程序操作,对有的修复喷油泵比较不易掌握。我们采用了下述的调试方法和补充检验措施,效果较好。调试方法在调试拉杆的起动行程和校正行程后,将喷油泵凸轮轴转速固定在755～765转/分,操纵臂放在最大供油位置,拧退高速限制螺钉,然后再拧进,当拉杆向减油方向移动由慢变快(转折点处)时,此点即为作用点。
