我院2001年1月至2006年12月共收治65岁以上老年胃癌病人98例,80例接受了手术治疗,现就围手术期处理报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料男55例,女25例,年龄65~82岁。肿瘤位于胃窦48例,胃体17例,胃底15例。乳头状腺癌38例,低分化腺癌20例,黏液腺癌12例,未分化癌10例。合并症:69例
Our hospital from January 2001 to December 2006 were treated in patients over 65 years old 98 cases of gastric cancer patients, 80 patients underwent surgery, perioperative report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data of 55 males and 25 females, aged 65 to 82 years. Tumor in the antrum of 48 cases, 17 cases of gastric body, 15 cases of gastric fundus. 38 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma in 20 cases, mucinous adenocarcinoma in 12 cases, undifferentiated carcinoma in 10 cases. Comorbidity: 69 cases
