近日,为了加强对超载货车的治理,《安徽省治理货物运输车辆超限超载责任追究办法》(以下简称《办法》)将实施。《办法》规定,货运车辆1年内违法超限运输超过3次(包括3次),吊销其车辆营运证;1年内违法超限运输超过3次的货运车辆驾驶人,责令其停止从事营业性运输。
Recently, in order to strengthen the management of overloaded trucks, “Anhui Province, the control of cargo transport vehicles overhang overload liability investigation” (hereinafter referred to as “measures”) will be implemented. The Measures stipulate that a freight vehicle shall be illegally transported more than three times in a year (including three times) to revoke its vehicle operation certificate; and a driver of a freight vehicle illegally exceeding the limit of three times in a year shall be ordered to stop operating in commercial transportation .
