初冬时节,我们来到了渤海之滨的烟台地区。这里是山东的“江南”,当地物产丰富,群众生活比较富裕,因而教育也比较发达。全区不仅早巳普及了小学教育,还基本上普及了初中。在粉碎“四人帮”之后,由于各级领导认真贯彻了党的路线方针政策,全区教师的水平和教育质量都有显著提高。在短短的半个月里,我们参观了一些学校,访问了一些教师,收获很大,特别是对他们的师资培训工作,留下了深刻的印象。
Early winter season, we came to the coast of Yantai in the Bohai Sea. Here is Shandong’s “Jiangnan,” rich in local products, rich people’s lives, so education is also more developed. Not only has the entire district popularized primary education, but it has also basically popularized junior high schools. After the smashing of the “Gang of Four,” since the leaders at all levels conscientiously implemented the party’s line, principles and policies, the level of the entire district’s teachers and the quality of education have all remarkably improved. In a short period of two weeks, we visited some schools, visited some teachers and made great achievements. In particular, we were deeply impressed with their teacher training work.
