铁路道床密实度是衡量道床工作状态的主要参数之一。它对轨道的稳定性、轨道残余变形的积累及轨道养护维修工作量都有重要影响。SM-1型道床密度计是利用γ射线穿过石碴时的吸收效应来确定道床密度的。本文叙述了道床密度计的原理、结构、性能指标、应用及取得的显著经济效益。
The compactness of railway track bed is one of the main parameters to measure the working status of track bed. It has great influence on the stability of the track, the accumulation of the track residual deformation and the maintenance workload of the track maintenance. Road bed density meter SM-1 is the use of γ-ray absorption effect when crossing the ballast to determine the ballast density. This paper describes the principle, structure, performance index, application and remarkable economic benefits of the ballast densimeter.
