【本刊讯】(通联员韩积善)2014年12月26日,中央统战部、国家宗教局、国务院法制办在人民大会堂召开《宗教事务条例》公布10周年座谈会。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理刘延东出席并作重要讲话,强调要认真贯彻中央全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定和习近平总书记系列讲话精神,全面落实党的宗教工作基本方针,牢固树立法治思维和法治观念,坚持在法治轨道上推进宗教工作,提高依法管理宗教事务的水平。
On January 26, 2014, the Central United Front Department, the State Religious Affairs Bureau and the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council held the 10th Anniversary Symposium on the Issue of Religious Affairs in the Great Hall of the People. Liu Yandong, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, attended and made an important speech. He emphasized that we must conscientiously implement the decision of the Central Government on a number of major issues regarding the overall principle of governing the country according to law and the speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and fully implement the party’s basic guidelines for religious work and firmly establish the rule of law Thinking and the concept of the rule of law, and insisted on promoting religious work on the track of the rule of law and raising the level of administering religious affairs according to law.
