目前,我省有粟树52万亩,1,500多万株,其中结果树680万株,平均株产只有5—6斤,亩产不足100斤,产量低而不稳。主要原因是土层薄,树势弱,管理粗放,种性混杂,良莠不齐。再加上采收、贮藏不当和防治病虫不及时,造成栗果腐烂,品质下降。为了改变这种状况,本刊特邀省昌黎果树所高级农艺师王福堂同志就如何提高燕山板粟的产量,质量问题,撰写了四点技术建议,分期登载,供读者参考。
At present, there are 520,000 mu of millet in the province and over 15 million in which the result tree is 6.8 million, with an average production of only 5-6 catties and less than 100 catties per mu. The yield is low and unstable. The main reason is that the soil layer is thin, the tree vigor is weak, the management is extensive, the species is mixed, the good and the bad are mixed. Coupled with harvesting, improper storage and prevention of pests and diseases not timely, resulting in decaying chestnut, quality decline. In order to change this situation, we invited Comrade Wang Futang, a senior agronomist from Changli Fruit Tree, province province, to write four technical suggestions on how to improve the yield and quality of Panax millet in Yanshan, and publish it in phases for readers’ reference.
