良好的沟通有助于改善护患关系,提高护理质量。中职护生由于经验缺乏,沟通能力普遍较差而影响其临床实践。为改变这种状况,应注重早期在教学中培养护生的沟通能力,并贯穿于教学的始终。护理专业课教学中,通过采取各种教学法,能有效地调动护生的学习兴趣,提高人际沟通能力,为学生在日后的护理工作中与患者有效地交流奠定良好的基础,从而提高教学效果。
Good communication can help to improve the nurse-patient relationship and improve the quality of care. Secondary vocational nursing students due to lack of experience, communication skills are generally poor and affect their clinical practice. In order to change this situation, we should pay attention to the early training of nursing students in teaching communication skills, and throughout the teaching. In the course of nursing specialty teaching, adopting various pedagogical methods can effectively mobilize the interest of nursing students and improve their interpersonal communication skills, so as to lay a good foundation for students to communicate effectively with patients in future nursing work so as to improve the teaching effect.
