什么样的教学才是有效的?问题一出,很难得到一个准确合理的答案。课堂纪律好,体现教师的课堂管理到位;教学质量突出,说明教师的教学方法用得恰到好处。这两种现象,体现教师的策略和方法恰当、有效,教学组织灵活。但有效教学的前提也不能忽视课堂上的安全问题。面对一群活泼可爱,玩劲十足的学生,我不断地总结、反思,深入分析,真正使自己进行有效的课堂教学。
What kind of teaching is effective? A problem, it is difficult to get an accurate and reasonable answer. Classroom discipline is good, reflecting the teacher’s classroom management in place; teaching quality is outstanding, indicating that the teacher’s teaching methods used just right. These two phenomena reflect the teachers’ strategies and methods are appropriate, effective, flexible teaching organization. However, the premise of effective teaching can not ignore the security problems in the classroom. In the face of a group of lively and lovely, energetic students, I constantly sum up, reflection, in-depth analysis, really make their own effective classroom teaching.
