本文利用运动学方法对渐开线齿轮的根切现象作了理论推导,较常见方法概念清楚,便于理解。提出了用解析法确定齿廓渐开线起点压力角α_k的简单步骤,其计算精度不低于按现有较繁公式计算的结果。
In this paper, kinematics method is used to theoretically derive the undercutting phenomenon of involute gear. The common method has clear concept and is easy to understand. A simple procedure of determining the pressure angle α_k of starting point of involute of the tooth profile by analytical method is proposed. The calculation accuracy is not lower than that calculated according to the existing formula.
