目的:为探讨金铁锁种子适宜的贮藏技术,对不同温度贮藏条件下的金铁锁种子做发芽试验。方法:将金铁锁种子采集后晒干,放置在4,20℃和常温条件下贮藏,在贮藏8个月、10个月和12个月时,取出种子做发芽试验。结果:贮藏8个月时,20℃和常温贮藏条件的发芽势分别为56.67%和53.33%,与4℃贮藏条件的发芽势(27.92%)差异显著,发芽率以20℃贮藏最高(83.75%),与4℃和常温贮藏差异显著;贮藏10个月时,常温贮藏的种子失去发芽能力,发芽率为0,4℃和20℃贮藏的发芽势和发芽率无显著差异;贮藏12个月时,4℃贮藏的发芽率最高为71.25%,与20℃贮藏的发芽率差异显著。结论:金铁锁种子应分开存放,对于存放时间超过10个月的种子,可以采用4℃低温冷藏的方式进行,对于存放时间不超过8个月的金铁锁种子,可以在常温下进行贮藏。
Objective: To explore the suitable storage technology for the seeds of the golden lock, germination tests were carried out on the seeds of the golden lock under different temperature storage conditions. Methods: After seeds were collected and dried, they were stored at 4, 20 ℃ and room temperature. After 8, 10 and 12 months of storage, the seeds were removed for germination test. Results: After 8 months storage, the germination potentials at 20 ℃ and room temperature were 56.67% and 53.33%, respectively, which were significantly different from those at 4 ℃ (27.92%). The highest germination rate was at 20 ℃ (83.75% ), And 4 ℃ and normal temperature storage significantly different; storage 10 months, the seeds stored at room temperature lost germination, germination rate of 0,4 ℃ and 20 ℃ storage of germination potential and germination rate was no significant difference; storage 12 months , The highest germination rate at 4 ℃ was 71.25%, which was significantly different from the germination rate at 20 ℃. Conclusion: The seeds should be stored separately. For the seeds which have been stored for more than 10 months, they can be refrigerated at 4 ℃ and stored at room temperature for the seeds with the storage time less than 8 months.
