文章系统地对路基和沥青路面结构进行了非线性分析,引入了基于车辙标准的轴载换算方法;研究了沥青路面非线性设计参数;给出了重载沥青路面推荐结构、重载沥青路面设计方法的使用条件及重载沥青路面设计流程图。对解决山西省乃至全国公路在重载情况下沥青路面非线性设计方法的技术难题奠定了基础。所取得的一系列研究成果适用性较强,将对保证沥青路面的设计质量,降低修建及后期养护工程造价等具有重要作用。
This paper systematically analyzes the structure of roadbed and asphalt pavement nonlinearly, introduces the axle load conversion method based on rutting standard, studies the nonlinear design parameters of asphalt pavement, gives the recommended structure of heavy-duty asphalt pavement, design of heavy-duty asphalt pavement Methods of using conditions and heavy-duty asphalt pavement design flow chart. It laid the foundation for solving the technical problems of the non-linear design method of asphalt pavement in Shanxi province and even in the whole country under heavy load. The obtained series of research results have strong applicability and will play an important role in ensuring the design quality of asphalt pavement and reducing the cost of construction and later conservation projects.
