Dear Delegates, Good morning everyone, thank you very much Mr. Jiasu, Director of Quality and Safety Supervision Department of the Ministry of Construction and Urban Construction, for attending the meeting and giving a speech. The arrival of Mr. Jia Shu at the meeting fully demonstrates the importance the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has placed on the review of construction drawings and the work of the clubs. Figure review and branch achievements of the work fully affirmed the performance, Jia Shu stressed that the construction plan review agencies should conscientiously implement the 13 ministerial order of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-built, insist on not for profit, to assist the government assistants to implement the agency and Personnel responsibilities, and timely reporting of bad record information; through the construction drawing review to explore new ideas in the survey and design industry has raised the hope of strengthening the construction drawing review of the tube
