目的:用统计模拟分光光度法测定复方甲硝唑片2组分含量。方法:以全面交叉组合设计实验,采用逐步回归分析法建立反映组分浓度与吸光度经验关系的数学模型。结果:用改进单纯形法进行寻优,求出未知样品的各组分含量,甲硝唑和维生素B6的含量分别为108.6%和109.8%。结论:本法与高效液相色谱法测得的结果相比较经成对观测的t检验,在5%显著性水平上,无显著性差异
Objective: To determine the content of compound 2 metronidazole tablets by statistical simulation spectrophotometry. Methods: A comprehensive crossover design experiment was carried out to establish a mathematical model reflecting the empirical relationship between concentration and absorbance by stepwise regression analysis. Results: The content of metronidazole and vitamin B6 was 108.6% and 109.8%, respectively, with the improved simplex method. CONCLUSIONS: This method was not significantly different at the 5% significance level as compared with the results measured by high performance liquid chromatography
