新时期体育运动具有多元化、大众化、绩效化等鲜明的特点,体育教师在教学过程中应把握社会变化的脉搏,在不断充实完善自我的基础上,正确引导学生适应社会的变化和需求;在技能、技术和德育等教学层面促进学生自我观念的形成;为学生提供人际交往的时空,培养学生的抗挫折能力的竞争精神,使学生在潜移默化中学会顺应和服从。
In the new period, the sport has distinct features such as diversification, popularization and performance. The PE teachers should grasp the pulse of social change in the process of teaching. On the basis of constantly enriching and perfecting themselves, the PE teachers should correctly guide the students to adapt to the changes and needs of the society. Skills, technology and moral education to promote the formation of students ’self-concept; to provide students with time and space for interpersonal communication; to foster students’ ability to compete against frustration; and to enable students to adapt and obey subordinates.
