Under the influence of the coexistence of the two regimes formed by the February revolution in Russia, the Korean ethnic families and the remaining families in the Far East of Russia split into two opposite classes and each formed a political group. The “All-Russian-Korean People’s Party” established by the people of Umran and headed toward the interim government of the bourgeoisie. On the contrary, with the support of the majority of the rest and the pro-Bolsheviks, “a meeting between Russia and ROK will be established.” After the October Revolution, the two factions merged for the time being, but each maintained a different political view. The left advocated a socialist revolution featuring worker-peasant revolution. The right faction insisted on a bourgeois democratic revolution. Later, the left created the DPRK’s first socialist party, the Socialist Republic of Korea. Although the two factions are all together in the National Assembly, the lines and guidelines they pursue are opposite. In January 1940, after the Soviet Red Army stationed in Vladivostok, the North Koreans rose in anti-Japanese movement, the left backbone of the South Korean Socialist Party, the preparatory volunteer army, and the “Independence Regiment” and other military organizations. During the four years of the civil war, the Far Eastern Korean nationality organized 48 red guerrillas and cracked down on the Japanese and White armies in the Bosett area from Heilongjiang and the post-Baikal region to the southern Ussuri area. They bravely fought for war, repeatedly built their meritorious service and made great sacrifices and immortal contributions to the liberation of the Far East
