栓塞是心房颤动的主要危害。预防血栓形成和栓塞是心房颤动治疗的重要目标。本文对心房颤动时栓塞的危险分层、心房颤动时预防栓塞的治疗策略等作一综述。

Embolization is the main risk of atrial fibrillation. Prevention of thrombosis and embolization is an important goal of atrial fibrillation. This article reviews the risk stratification of embolism in atrial fibrillation and the strategy of prevention of embolism during atrial fibrillation.
