当前,城镇化发展的新形势对社区基层党组织如何更好地做好社区服务工作提出了更高要求。泉州市各社区基层党组织在服务社区居民的实践中,探索出了不少有效的模式,为社区居民提供了很多很好的服务,得到社区居民的好评。同时,还存在服务理念不够牢固、服务能力有待提高、服务水平不够高、服务原生动力不足等问题。为此,要从加强学习,筑牢为民服务理念;凝聚力量,有效提升服务能力;利用现代技术,创新社区服务形式;强化机制保障,实现服务长效持久等方面着力。
At present, the new situation of urbanization has set higher requirements on how the grass-roots party organizations in the community can do a better job of community service.
